My sister is a citizen and I have my GC. My parents aged 72 and 62 years have (10 years visa) visited US 3 times sofar and presently they are here 4 th time and we plan to do GC for them as my sister who is a citizen is willing to sponsor them. This time when they entered US they were given visa (I-94) only for 3 months and it is valid until 12/21/03.
My questions are:
1. What are the forms and formalities to follow for procesing their GC.
2. When should we start the process as their I-94 is valid only for 2 1/2 months.
3. We have my parents Birth cerificates (Affidavits and NOC from the municipality), marriage certificate their health records like vaccinations etc. What are the other stuff I need to start the process.
4. Do I need to apply for their extension of stay as their I-94 is valid until 12/21/03.
5. Any other point which is required for processing.
I appreiate very much if you can get me the info as the time left is very short.
