Parents as dependant for Tax purpose

I aleady got my GC few months ago. My parents came here on tourist visa and stayed with me for 4 months. Can I add them as dependant for calculating taxes?

No you cannot until

they live with you for more than 180 days continuosly and get a TIN number.
