1. I have recently became a US citizen.
According to this
http://boards.immigration.com/showthread.php?p=1588671#post1588671, you filed N-400 on Dec 17, 2006. On January 11, 2007, you posted "Till now I did not receive anything from the INS ..... isn't that weired?" And now, you are a citizen? When did that happen?
I would like to apply for my father (60 years old) and my mother (55 years).
The age of your parents is totally irrelevant.
They are planning to visit us in the US this ummer, shall I apply for them from now, or is it faster to apply for them when they come to visit me to change their status?
If you file I-130 for your parents now, it would be hard for them to get a visitor visa: they might have to wait about a year to get their approvals to come here for permanent residency. If you don't file now, and they come for a visit this summer, then they would decide if they want go back or have their status changed here. But if they already know they want to live here, file I-130 now, and let them go thru consular processing.
2. I have a brother who is 18 years old, do I apply for him with my parents or seperately?
It's 3 separate cases: they can't be combined!
What forms and how does the process go?
Do some research on
www.uscis.gov, or on this forum, and you'll now.
He is coming to study here next year on an F-1 visa .... shall I wait till he gets here and then apply for him?
A student visa is a non-immigrant visa. In order to get a non-immigrant visa one has to show that he/she does not have an immigration intent, which will be hard to do having a petition (I-130) filed for him/her.
