Hello All,
I am getting ready to file Immigrant Visa applications for my parents (Consulor Processing). I have two questions...
i) Apparently, along with Visa Application, i need to submit variety of records including Parents' Marriage Certificate. I had already submitted affidavit records for this during I-130 application, do i have to file again? I will have to do the affidavit excercise all over again.
ii) Another requested record is the 'Date of Birth' for both my parents. They do not have marriage certificate and the record does not exist. The authority does not have practice of issuing a record called 'non-existance of record'. I cannot get affidavit made since my parents are old and there are barely anyone elder to them to give affidavit of their birth date/place. What should i do in this situation? Can i just submit photocopy of their PAssport and ID? Thanks
