Parents and brother got approved today

My sister (USC) filed I130 for my parents and brother - RD 3/04 and they just got approved yesterday (8/10). I just wanted to know what is next after that since they are still in my country. Do they have to wait until they received the green card ? and I am a little bit confuse with the processing time for my brother. When I checked at Mt Vernon, they are now processing 1999 application, how come he got approved so quick.

And other question, I am an asylee and I am still in the process for adjusting my status based on asylee. I did my FP 07/04 and still waiting. I am wondering if I can file another I485 based on USC relative ? and do you thing I will get approval in 5 months ?. I live in VA.

GC for parents

i am a USC going to apply for a green card for my mom. i also live in VA so could you tell me:

1) where your sister filed the application (vermont?)?
2) did she submit both I-130 and I-485 together
3) how long did it take for her to get your parents approved?
4) what visa were they on before they filed?
