My sister USC filled for my parents and brother - RD 03/04 and they just got approved yesterday 8/10. Based on Mt Vernon processing time for sister/brother USC, they are still processing 1999 application. I am a little bit confuse here because my brother just got approved in 5 months. Anyway they are not here (US). My question now, if I file I485 based on USC relative, what is going to happen with my old application (I485-asylee) ? I hope I can get approved in 5 months also and I know the procedure will different since I live here at US.
