Parent giving up their GC for a 10 year Multiple visa

Hello:

My brother is a US citizen and he sponsored my parents three yrs ago and they got their GC's. But parents both in their 70's(mashallah) did not enjoy their stay in USA at all.

I have heard that many people in similar circumstances who have surrendered their GC back to USCIS have been able to request 10 year multiple visit visas.

We need to know how to surrender the GC (like what forms to submit) and how to ask for the visa(again like what forms to fill etc).

I will greatly appreciate any help.
