Hello,
My wife applied GC for her mother. The case was transfered to CSC in march-09, the priority date is 28 dec 2008. Does anyone know if they process as per csc dates or local do dates.
The csc is processing Jan-09. However, washington DC is processing Nov-08.
When we called USCIS, they are saying the DC DO is processing november 08. When we asked that since our case was transferred to CSC, why our case is following DC DO timeline, agent said based on our zipcode, that's what his computer is telling.
My question is, are there any people here with DC DO who got 485 approval based on CSC timeline if their case was transferred to CSC.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
