My first 3 years( company A) is exp in oct 07
i got a good offer from company B

Can i apply for both H1b Transfer for Company B
and 3 years Extension for Company A ( work part time for A)

When U apply for H1B with company B .. U will get it for next 3 years.

To work part time with company A .. yes U need to apply for H1b before Oct 07 with company A too.
