After having been through so much of a wait/grief for labor then labor again then I140 then EAD&AP and now for 2nd EAD&AP andof course the beloved I-485, is it safe to assume that at this stage it's just a matter of time when I-485 will get approved. My case is as straightforward as it gets, same employer throughout no RFE on anything so far, employer size is substantial 1,000+ employees in the US and over 100k worldwide, sound financials. Are there any circumstances under which an I-485 can get denied other then the once mentioned above. I would highly appreciate your feedback.

Cheers

I am assuming your 140 has been approved. I have been under the impression that once 140 is approved, getting 485 is just a matter of time. (And, I want to stay under that impression and save myself from unnecessary worry. :) ) But, here is a thread where I tried to collect RFEs during 485.
