Maybe it is just me or it is the times. But no harm in increasing the paranoia a little bit. I just filed a tax return and plan to get that little white piece of paper - IRS Form 2063 which says that I filed all my tax returns and dont ow any taxes. It is stapled to the passport. I read somewhere while doing my CP, that many people got that as there is some obscure rule which requires all aliens departing the US to have proof that they have filed Tax returns. Who knows, when it may come to attention with the law?
