Papers to take for IV Interview

My interview is scheduled for Feb 25 at Delhi Embassy and I plan on collecting all the required documents. I had couple of questions at this stage
1. My case was approved in EB1 category, do I need an affidavit of support for my wife (my lawyer thinks I don\'t need it since it is employment based petition, however I see it being mentioned in this forum all the time).
2. I have seen DS 230, part I being mentioned along with Part II. I had submitted Part 1 as part of Pkt 3, so do I need to fill in another copy for myself and my wife again to take for Interview ?

Mukul, here is my thoughts

1. I heard delhi doesnot ask for I134, if your spouse is accompanying you. But, it would harm if you carry it. Very easy to complete.

2. Consulates usually ask for DS230 pt 1 again, I guess to get the latest info (if there have been any changes). So, if you have changes, complete a new one. If not just carry a copy of the one you submitted.
