I have opted consulate process. My PD is current and I-140 got approved 2 months ago.
When i call NVC, I was inform that my papers have not arrived from immigration office.
And when i call immigration office they information that case can be tracked only after 90 days from approval date of I140. Also visited local immigration office and got the same answer (case can be tracked only after 90 days from approval date of I140).
Based on cptracker data most of cases are transferred within 20 to 30 days.
Appreciate, if anyone could share their experience on why would transfer of papers taking time in my case and what steps should i need take now.
