Papers for wife to file 485

Hi,
   I want to include my wife\'s name in GC in 485 stage. What papers would be needed from her side. She is already in US. Also, once it gets approved what is the procedure. Urgent help needed.

485, 325A, 864, 693, your approval notice, marriage certificate, birth certificate, visa passport page, I-94, her W-2 and income source (such as an employment letter), and her any other documents from INS (such as status approval). Of course money too. Then that is all!
