Papers after I140 approval

My I140 has approved on 10/18/02. My lawers are very rude and
do not respond to my e-mails.I have opted for Consu. Proc. My
consulate is Mumbai.
Can you pl suggest possible period which will take for the date of interview?
Also after this approval do I have to submit any papers or just wait for my lawers to inform me that they have receied my packet 3?
