paper for EAD from local office

Hello gurus,

We sent our 485 application in third week of august. In has been over 85 days and I have not receiced our EAD.

I would like to get EAD from Local office. What are the papers I need to take in order to apply for EAD?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Papers

In the previous postings somebody did this with the 485 Receipt notice and the Photo ID. That is the only thing required. Ofcourse take the Adit style photo and the money order for the fee.
