Paper based EAD Renewal

Hi,

My 485 is pending at NSC and I live in the state of MA. Where should I file my EAD renewal ? Per instruction on 765, it needs to be filed to the center based on where you live rather than where your 485 is pending.

Do you think I should send my renewal to TSC as MA is listed under the jurisdiction of TSC ?

Anyone in the same situation ?
 
This question comes up at least once a week on this very forum! The answer is that you ought to follow directions on the instructions. So in your case, send your application to Texas.
