please respond who filled paper based EAD renewal and received an approval. Did you call to USCIS to make an appointment for FP?
Now they send a new receipt form which has an option such as "if this receipt is for I-90, I-485 or I-698 call to make an appointment for FP". We get confused, is it for selected receipts or it also applies to any receipts related to those pending cases? As our understanding, e-filling of EAD required an appointment, but paper based cases are mailed along with photos ets. I personaly did FP in March 05 before my first paper based EAD was approved.
