Paper based AP (I-131)

Hi,

I am filing paper based AP (I-131).

Need to know to which address I should send the application and the supporting documents to ? Chicago Lock Box OR where I originally filed my family based I-485 in 2002.

arjun96, i recenlty applied to renew my AP and here is the address i sent my application.

Hi email2sai2003,

I did call up the USCIS 800 number and confirmed and re-confirmed with them that for family based I-485 one has to file the AP and EAD at the Chicago Lock Box and not at the local 485 filing office as was done previously.

Good luck with u'r AP. And BTW there is nothing called 'renew AP', AP is always applied new.
