Paid IV Fees, Next Steps ?

Friends,
My PD is Apr 2008, EB2 India. I got an email from NVC to pay the IV Fees and I have paid the fees about 20 days ago. Since then I am waiting for NVC to notify regarding the Packet 3.... but no response yet.

How long it takes for NVC to notify about Packet 3?
Approximately, how far am I from the final interview date?
Any precautions to follow while filling up Packet 3 documents?
