Hi all, I am the employee of an Italian company; they sent me here as the Vice-President of the US subsidiary to take care of business, but I'm still paid from the Italian company. Can I apply for an L1 visa if I'm not paid by the US company?
Also, I'm the only one here for the company, so I would be the one signing the I-129 petition on behalf of the American Company, does this make sense?
