PLEASE HELP!!!!

I got the following RFE on my I-140. How to respond this query.

"Provide a supplemental statement clarifying whether the position
requires five years of post-baccalaureate experience that is truly
progressive in nature. If the position so requires, provide evidence
the beneficiary meets the requirement"

I do have over 5 years of progressive experience.

i am not an expert, but here are my thoughts:

check what was stated in your I140 regarding beneficiaries qualifications/experience. essentially, they shoud be same/similar to that mentioned in your approved LC.

regarding the statement, ask your employer to provide this letter reiterating on "how much" experience does the position require which they are offering to you. you need to show that u already have "that much" of experience post your education prior to joining this sponsoring company. in other words, u cannot count the experience that u gained towards the 5 years (or whatever) which u gained with this company...it has be experience gained before joining this company.
