I have received folllowing RFE.

"Submit a currently dated letter from your prospective permanent employer describing your present job duties, position and offered wage/salary. This letter should be original as issued by authorized officer or executive of the organization. This letter must confirm the offer of permanent employment and state whether the terms and condition described in your employment based immigrant visa to exist."

I am a AC21 candidate and found following line in my RFE notice.

If you claim eligibility for AC21, you must submit letter from your new employer describing your job title, duties of position, position's educational/trainning requirements, date you first began employment and wage/salary.

My current employer is hesitating describing educational/trainning requirements for my position in employment letter. Did any of you guys received such educational/training requirement in your RFE? How did you handle it.

If possible can you guys post your EVL here it would really help.

Hi kjoshi,

No I didn't receive any query about educational/training requirements. My RFE text was as follows:
"The record contains a letter from your prospective employer. The letter indicates that you have been employed at xxx as a xxx. However, the record does not contain any evidence which establishes that the terms of the permanent employment petition continue to exist. Therefore, you must submit a currently issued letter or other evidence from the prospective permanent employer indicating that the terms and conditions of the employment petition continue to exist".

However, in my application for the labor certification and the 140-485, my employer had mentioned that this postition requires at least a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and they filed it in EB3 and I've a Master's degree, so I guess that didn't create any questions for me.

If your application is in EB3, then I'm guessing that even if your employer mentions a bachelor's degree in xyz field requirement for your application, you should be fine.
