Could you please give us more details about your case.

1) What was there in the 14 and 15 box of ETA 750?
2) How did you show BTech 3 yrs equivalent to bachelors?
3) which company did your evaluation?
4) In your labor certification was COMBINATION allowed?

Please let us know. I am also having 3 yrs Engg degree.

column 14 says that master plus 2 years experience..

column 15 says that master can be subsituted by bachelor's plus 5 year of experience

my edu evaluation says that my B.Tech is equalent to US bachelors. I never specified combination of degrees...

mine is EB2

1) Where did you do your evaluation, I mean which company?
2) Did they mention anything in evaluation about your prior degree?
3) Did your evaluation was done based on course by course or explaining about your BTech.

1) I think that I saw the name like IEE, not sure, employer did very long back during H1B transferring.

2) never mentioned B.Sc, because I collected my Degree certificate only 2002 even though I completed at 1993


3) They mentioned that my B.tech is equalent to B.S in industrial Engineering in USA

I never mentioned B.Sc degree so far, except labour application.
