Packet3 forms Help needed

my wife is doing CP in chennai(following-to-join). with packet3 we have to send OF-169 and DS230I and I824 approval.

Do I have to send anything else?

Hi Raju,

I saw your posting,you have mentioned about I-824 approval
notice. Have you filed I-485 in USA and then switch to CP
at some point? Would appreciate if you can throw light or give me pointers why the I824 approval is required in "follow to join"
case.
