Packet to Reach from ST. Louis to NVC

My pakt 3 was sent on Aug 18 and check was cleared on Oct 2. It took exactly 2 weeks to clear check. But I called NVC today Oct 10, and they have not received the pkt from ST. Louis yet.

Any idea how long it takes to reach pkt to NVC after the check has been cleared.

It can vary widely. The process for I-130 is slightly different than I-140 (2 money orders to St. Louis instead of 1). For my first mailing to STL (for I-864), it took 3 days after money order clearance to reach NVC. For my 2nd mailing (for DS-230), it took 10 days.
