My interview at Mumbai Consulate is on 17th June. I am leaving on 7th June and haven't got my packet IV yet.
I know that someone (friend or relative) can pick up a duplicate in mumbai at the info counter on my behalf. My question is can anyone go? what documentation shud he/she have so that the consulate will give him/her my duplicate appointment letter?
