Hi,
My interview date's on Aug 20 in Chennai. My lawyer says he hasn't received the P4 yet, but said if i do not get before leaving for India (Aug 10), i can pick up a duplicate from the consulate a day before. He said since we had already filled DS230 part1 and part2 before filing the P3, i need not have to fill those again when i get the duplicate copies. Is that true?
please enlighten me about the procedure???

ps: also, i had opened a seperate thread under my login which mentions abt the shoplifting case i was charged with......i received a couple of replies on that, but i would appreciate if someone can give me some kind of an assurance.

here in US everyting is in your records.if the case you are talking about is in your record then there might be some issue if not they won't even know that it is something like that happened.
