Packet-4 Received but...

Hi Gurus,
I received pakcet-4 from Mumbai Consulate today ,my interview is on June 16th but i have two questions related to pakcet-4
1.In packet-4 medical appointment date is also mentioned which is on June 1 am not sure why would Packet-4 contains medical appointement date because i called up hinduja hospital and have taken appointment on June 13.
Do i need to go for medical checkup as mentioned in Packet -4 date??
2.My wife's DOB has been entered wrong in the appointment letter.Do i need to ask them to send another appointment letter??

Responses on above two would be greatly appreciated..
 
Hi gurus,
one more question I have my birth certficate in my mother tongue and it was issued recently(one year back) in packet-4 it was mentioned if birth certificate was not issued not with in 3 years of your date of birth you need magistrate certificate which i dont have..
Any ideas??

Just get the Birth certificate translated in English and that should be enough.

1. That's just arbitrary. Ignore it.

2. That should be OK. Make sure U tell the hospital people as well as the consulate about it.
