Packet-4 delivery in USA

Why packets-4 did not arrive in USA yet for DEC interview...??? whats going on???
Did any one at all recieved this packet-4 yet in USA.....xxxxx

Do you know if Chennai has any problem in sending Packet 4 to US address. Also do you know if they hand over Packet 4 to any relatives, as soon as the interview is scheduled?

Chennai only send appointment letter to US address. Full P-4 to Indian address
