DS230 Part 1 forms which can be found on line and instructions on NVC procedures etc.

So, the packet 3 items to send back to NVC will be only DS-230 PART1. Do you need to send completed DS-230 Part 2 or it will sent in packet 4, to take to consulate?

ds 230 part ii can be filled (but not signed). This part ii is needed only on the day of the interview and should be signed on when the consular officer asks you to sign!

ds230 part i and few other documents may become a part of your packet 3 depending on nationality and specific instructions from nvc.
