Packet 3 review time

After P3 review

Hi
My packet 3 has been received by NVC on January 28th. The AVM says it takes 6 to 8 weeks to complete the review. Guys can you post your experience as to in how many days they completed your review. I hope it will be less than 6 to 8 weeks!!!

Thanks for the reply. I did check there. Some of the recent cases has been completed in less that 20 days. Hope my case review is also over soon.
 
What did U send

Did you send the copies of supporting documents (BC, DC, MC, PCC and all the other C's) + pictures + color copies of P/P identification page?

I concur with cpzinga that it is averaging 3-4 weeks and in some case evern 2 weeks and in extremely few cases about 6-8 weeks.

I concur with sav rav that all supporting documents are required only at the time of the interview. There are few exceptions where folks of certain countries or on a case by case basis NVC / consulate requires the candidate to incude PCC with P3.
 
That's what I thought.

But my a**orney has asked for all supp. docs. Luckily I've sent him e'thing except my wife's PCC.

Keeping my fingers crossed ...

Just now checked the AVM and it says my case has been completed on feb 4th and allow 8 weeks to receive further instructions. what does it mean? I want to know once the case review is completed how long does it take to forward it to the consulate and then how long it is taking to fix up the interview date.

Congrats on NVC completing your P3 review.

Check AVM next week this time it should say P3 completed and file sent to consulate xxxxx. From this point assume you will get your interview in about 2.5 months.

So expect a May interview with slim chance for April.
