Packet 3 review taking time

Hello Friends,

My Packet 3 reached NVC on Sept 10 from St.louis. When I called NVC,they say my case has not been reviewed yet.

Is it taking so much time now ? Anybody in the same boat ? My Consulate is Chennai.

Looking forward to any inputs.

They say it is taking 6 to 8 weeks from the day they receive pkt 3 from St. Louis.

My pkt reached on Oct 16. Not reviewed yet.

We will have to wait.

i guess they do background check for few. For those it will take time...
