Packet 3 forms

I have 3 questions for packet 3 :
1. Could someone tell me all forms that i do need to fill for packet 3 ?
2. What all things we need to send (birth certificate, marriage certificate etc.) ?
3. Where can i find fillable forms (edit PDF directly) ?

To the best of my knowledgem P3 comprises of DS230 Part 1 and 11.
NVC will send P3 which will have the form along with a bar code. You are supposed to fill that form. But it is advisable to download DS230 from the internet and fill it up in advance and then replicate if on the form provided by NVC. I don't think you will find fillable forms on the internet. But most attorneys have access to fillable forms software in their offices. If you have an attorney, he should be able to fill up the form once you provide them with all the information.

You will not be required to send any docs along with P3 unless NVC asks for them specifically.

1. Could someone tell me all forms that i do need to fill for packet 3 ?

{Usually the Packet 3 is just DS 230 Part I. And you need to send back
the bar coded sheet that comes with the packet. Part II is only required
to be carried to the interview (unsigned).

If any other documents are required they will specifically mention that
in their papers. }
