Packet 3.5??

Hi, I've recently filed an I-130 for my spouse at the Islamabad Embassy (CP), and today upon calling, I was told that they'd sent us a Packet 3.5.

I thought that there were quite a few other steps before we were supposed to get Packet 3.5? I only filed the I-130 about 4-5 weeks ago, and have done nothing (paid no fees, filled in any more forms, etc) since then..

Can anyone tell me what's going on? Is getting Packet 3.5 so soon and before anything else normal?

check your embasy's website. In Bolivia...packet #3 i think is the form DS-230 from the Nat Visa Center...but you would have received the affidavit of support (packet 2 in Bolivia) earlier....again..not very familiar with this...but chek the embasy website or go ask them directly. Or wait to see the packet.
