1, Do we need to send originals (both recommendation and other documents)
- i sent all copies, no originals of anything. you're under oath for not lying.
and mostly, from this forum looks like copies are ok.
2. What is the weight of your package (my attorney says he send 8 pound package usually)
- my lawyer says the thicker, the better, as long as it's highlighed and very well organized, and the letter refers to exhibits.
"2 inch minimum thickness"
3. Did you print all publications?
- yes, all of them, and attached copies of front pages in other exhibits too.
in other words, made it so that they dont have to go back and forth. apparently that's one way to do it, or you could shoot for simplicity and do as Engineer says - just front pages.
4. Did you print all citation papers?
-no, just citation index showing number of citations. unless they're very flattering or describe how your work is important.
but if there's only 4 of them and they discuss your work, maybe a good idea. i have 130 citatations but the vast majority of them are barely mention in passing, so it made no sense in putting those in the application
5. Had anyone got just 4 citations and got approved
-dunno for E1B. for NIW for sure.
6. Did you provide your transcipts? (my attorney wants)
-yes. PITA - i had a 100$ in parking tickets from the university police that i thought i'd never have to pay. oops.
