I am mumbai cp case and am expecting my cp interview in July 04. But I haven't received P4 yet..is this normal? When can I expect to receive P4 if my interview is in July 04?

Depends on where this Packet 4 is coming. If it is an address in India you can
expect it by 15th or so of June. If you are expecting it come to US address
then add 10 more days.

Most of the June fellas got theirs around 20th of May.
