p4 mailing times from consulate

folks,
could somebody tell me what is the approximate time it takes for the
p4 to reach after being mailed from the consulate. also can you request the consulate to mail a duplicate p4 at the local address...

2 things you have to notarise. Emp. Verif. Letter. I-134 (for dependent Support).

P4 contents ...

its my understanding that the P4 would contain

1. The appointment letter
2. DS230 Part I and II
3. IRS9003
4. Some "Important Notice" about PCC and fees

So from this list I do not see any that need to be notarized ... If for some reason u do need something notarized when u are in India, then go for "Attestation" ... that should suffice ...
