P3 Review/AVM Changes

The NVC has received my P3. However, the AVM is still saying "We are awaiting the return of your biographical date form from your lawyer". When does this AVM change--when the form is reviewed, or sooner? Thanks in advance for your help.

wait for 2-3 weeks after they have received ur P3. it will change to ,it has been reviewed and sent to the respective consulate.

That date you think (the del. date told to you by the courier/USPS).

Keep in mind the bueraucartic nature. This should change in a week or so after the del. has been made saying that it is recd. and is under review.
