P3 mailed 2nd week in Feb, NVC has not recieved yet- Please Help !!!

Hi all,

Mailed P3 to St.Louis early Feb. Called NVC yesterday and came to know that they are still waiting on receiving the P3 information. Its been about 6 weeks now since we have mailed the forms. What should I do ? Has anyone seen this happen before ?

Would appreciate any kind of pointers.
