Owning a property and business while on H1 Status

Hi guys,

Appreciate if some one could tell if it is possible to buy a property and business while being on H1 Status. I'll already be completing my 6 yrs and will be applying soon for extension of 7th year since my labor is pending for more than a year.

Gurus please reply i am really getting a good deal and i don't want to let it go

Owning a property is not an issue. You cannot get a salary from the business, (or do your H1 or GC) but can share the profits.
