Friends of mine have a businesse in caliornia and came entered last time March 2004 and got ther I-94 stamped for 2 years. Because of personal circumstances (their daughter died and she just had a baby) they missed to go home and overstayed 6 months.
Big problem, but anyone an idea what chances they have to obtain legal status again???Just because of that mistake, will they have to fear not being able to go home or loosing the business?
Anyone who know's someone it happened too, or advice would be GREAT!!!!
