I was on student Visa and wasnt able to attend school for last 2months of semester...i overstyed there for 3-4 months..
i didnt had any problem leaving the country..no questions asked..or even didnt receive any letter from IRS regarding my status
i am reapplying as a new student to new school now in a month(after 4months in my home country), will there be a problem getting a new visa....should i tell during my interview to the US consulate in my home country about that i didnt attend..i will give a definate reason that i wasnt well...
will there be a problem in getting visa by saying evrything...??
