I have received the citizenship interview letter scheduled on July 9 of this year. Will that be an issue if I travel oversea for two weeks before interview. Thanks for the feedback.
I dont think so.Unless it is for employment.By which I mean employment visa on your passport.Ins doesn't expect to put our lives on hold just cause it takes them for ever to process a case.
No problem. They will ask you if you have done any travels outside the country since filing your N-400. Just show them the proof of the 2 weeks (passport stamp) etc and that will be fine...
I traveled out of the country once or twice while waiting for the interview. Just mention it at the interview (and make sure your passport gets stamped properly).
Agree ..... this is absolutely no problem. I made business trips out of country before interview and wrote a short memo for USCIS documenting them that I handed over at interview. The IO was appreciative of the preparation I had done for him.
