I, a main applicant for NIW-based I-485, received my green card after my I-485 case was approved earlier this year. But, my wife's case as a spouse's case is still pending and waiting for an interview.
Now, I have the following questions.

1) I wonder if my wife can visit our country and stay there for about 6 months during the pending period of her I-485 case.
2) I wonder if I can change my current job regardless of this pending status of my wife's I-485 case.

I look forward to hearing from you. Thank you.

There is no problem staying abroad, provided she has AP. Leaving without AP will be considered her I-485 abandoned automatically. In addition, she needs to return before her AP expires.

Yes, you can. Her I-485 is not tied to your employment, but marriage.
