I am an Indian citizen, and I overstayed in Malaysia five years ago. This overstay is noted in my passport, and I paid a fine when exiting Malaysia to return to India. Is it possible for me to obtain a U.S. visitor visa? If I receive a visa, will there be any issues entering the U.S. at the port of entry?
