the judge terminated my removal, then i moved to anothe state. but didn't transfert the case. had my interview, the officier said he can't approve me cause he didn't have my case. to wait 2 weeks.Since i'm not in the same state couldn't do infopass. Paid a lawyer to do it for me. He went and they told him they have receive my file from ice now. to wait 2 weeks. That was a month ago. Now i want him to go back, he said the local office is far behind, Infospass wont help to wait 3 to 4 months. And i asked him to transfert the case, he said that is a bad idea just wait.My questions are: should i wait? if no what can i do now.? please help. my case is in atlanta.
over 60 days pass after interview nothing yet please help
