Dear friend;
I've just got my I-130 approval from USCIS, and received NVC visa bill for my wife and two childrens, but the problem is my son is just over 21 yrs old, does he still qualify to come to US. please help.
 
It depends. How old is he (in months and years)? How old was he when the I-130 was filed, and how old was he when it was approved? Are you a US citizen filing for your wife and children? Or is there another relative filing for you and your family?

Is your over-21 son inside or outside the US? If inside, legally or illegally?

The answers to these questions will affect your son's eligibility.
