Well my 120 days since my Interview expired 4 weeks ago, and this was all that is holding my citizenship up. I have sent a letter to my local Congressman (Congressman Ralph Hall) and i am now going through Police Entrance exams for a second time (you have to be a US Citizen in Paris, Texas to become an Officer). I have a place, but my Citizenship is holding me up !!!
Over the last 2 years i have had 3 FBI Checks done on me (1) when i had my Permanent Residency Status changed to have "no conditions" (2) When my wife and i adopted our baby girl from China and (3) when i was working for the Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma i was issued a Gaming License, FBI check required. I have read posts here about taking the matter in your own hands and filing for Federal District Court hearing. It appears on the face of it to be fairly straight forward. I would like input from anyone in the Dallas area who has done this or any other help from others in the same situation.
Venting, venting, venting !!!!!!
