I received my EAD card last month. It may take another year at minimum for my 485 (yeah VSC!!) to get approved. There is a chance that my company will out source the job function of my dept to another company (say X). I will be on Company X payroll.
What are my options ? do I have to start the GC process again starting with the labour certification stage from company X.
